When choosing a hospital you want to look closely at its safety record, according to the Leapfrog Group.
How many patients suffered infections there? How many fell down and hurt themselves? How many had post-surgery complications? These are the statistics the nonprofit Leapfrog Group pores through when compiling its semi-annual hospital safety grades.
