He accuses Glascock of falsifying documents, grossly mismanaging employees, overtly abusing his power and attempting to delete public records in retaliation of city employees in a letter sent to Missouri State Auditor Nicole Galloway, Boone County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel Knight and multiple city staff on Wednesday.  Rieman claims Glascock s actions are violations of city policies and state law regarding fraud reporting and whistleblowing, respectively. Rieman and other staff members attended a June 21 city council meeting at which Columbia Senior System Administrator Ryan Jarrett of the IT infrastructure division spoke about the city ordinance relating to maximum income increases for employee promotions.
