A Tennessee paramedic is accused of killing his wife and his wife’s father. Rachel Konen, 30, and her 62-year-old father David Rodgers were shot to death in Clarksville in January. On Tuesday, detectives announced that they have arrested Konen’s husband Matthew Konen, 31, in connection with the killings, according to a Clarksville Police Department press release, obtained by Oxygen.com.
