Matthew John Monson of Willmar is serving jail time and three years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to two counts of criminal vehicular operation related to a rollover crash last summer on the edge of Willmar that injured himself and four passengers. In exchange for his plea, two other charges of criminal vehicular operation were dismissed. All four charges alleged that Monson had an alcohol concentration of 0.08% or more within two hours of driving.
