We do not believe at all that this was a random act of violence. When they arrived they saw a minivan and a car collided in front of the center, the people inside the van had fled. Now police are searching for the passengers through surveillance video. Including the routes of the people in the van could have fled we do not know whether or not they were involved in this homicide or whether or not they fled when they heard the gunshot.
