Family and friends of a 21-year-old killed in an alleged hit and run incident at Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast in the first hours of 2021 have paid tribute to the young man, who loved life and was everyone s best mate .
Paramedics called to Maroochy Boulevard about 1.30am on Friday after reports that a man was lying unconscious on the road were unable to revive Henry Jennings.

A 25-year-old Mooloolaba man, who turned himself in to police on Friday morning, has since been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death and leaving the scene of an incident without obtaining help.
