Former music executive sues Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz Litigator Marc Kasowitz, known for his representation of former President Donald Trump, is facing a malpractice lawsuit by a former Universal Music Group top executive. Charlie Walk has claimed that he was pressured to sign a one-sided settlement agreement after facing a baseless accusation of sexual harassment. A Kasowitz spokesman expressed confidence that the case will be dismissed. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Walk sought to file the case under seal, but Kasowitz is opposing a partial sealing. ALEXANDRIA, Va. - A former Arlington attorney who allegedly used a sugar daddy website to lure underage victims into sexual encounters has been indicted by a grand jury. In one instance, investigators say he pretended to be 18 or 19-years-old online. Fairfax County police initially investigated the case before the FBI got involved and say they’re familiar with such websites that cater to older wealthy men linking up with younger women seeking financial assistance.

A federal grand jury returned an indictment Wednesday charging an Arlington attorney with sex trafficking of minors, production of child pornography alongside other sexual offenses involving minors. As alleged in court documents, Matthew Erausquin, 46, of Arlington was a frequent commercial sex customer of six underage girls and three other young adults spanning from June 2017 to August 2020. 

Federal Grand Jury Charges Arlington Lawyer with Paying Underage Victims for Sex

April 29, 2021 at 2:00pm A federal grand jury has indicted an Arlington lawyer on charges related to paying underage girls for sex. Matthew Erausquin, 46, was arrested in November after a 1.5-year-long investigation. He was charged in Alexandria federal court with sex trafficking minors, producing child pornography, and charges related to transporting or forcing victims to cross state lines for sex. If convicted, he faces between 15 years to a lifetime in prison, although sentences for federal crimes are typically shorter than the maximum penalties, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia said in a press release. “The defendant allegedly used his money and power to sexually exploit minors,” said Raj Parekh, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to holding accountable those who prey on and victimize children, and to seeking justice for society’s most vulnerable members.”
