More than two years after a fire and explosion levelled a Midland auto shop, staff are claiming a victory in their efforts to rebuild, reopen and welcome back customers.
Gladys Shirley Anne Elmer, 85, of Black River, NY passed away peacefully in her sleep at her Elmer farm residence in the early morning of September 3, 2022.
