A statement in the ninth amendment that says the enumeration of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others. One thing we did not ring out before was that the First Amendment is the First Amendment. The first thing that was on the minds of the framers was not freedom of speech or of the press but rather about not having an established church. The first thing is that no log respecting the establishment of religion. And then the freedom side of it or prohibiting the free exercise there was.
