TAMPA â Two more Florida men, including one who lists a Tampa address, face charges in connection to the U.S. Capitol riot, records show.
Some Bradenton residents recognized a man photographed carrying a lectern during a riot at the U.S. Capitol Wednesday as Adam Johnson of Parrish, Florida. The lectern, which Johnson is accused of stealing after protesters forced their way onto the House floor during a joint session of Congress, was said to belong to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

Who is Adam Johnson?
An Adam C. Johnson, 36, of Parrish is registered as an active voter, according to Florida’s voter registration database. Johnson has no party affiliation.
Johnson’s Facebook page has been deactivated, but images from that page before it was taken down showed him wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat. The man pictured with Pelosi’s reading desk was wearing clothing bearing a “Trump” logo.
