LAPEER The Lapeer Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) on Monday approved two variances sought by Attica Township resident Angela Bollman who plans to open an Adam & Eve adult novelty store on East Street. The 3,600-square-foot store is planned for a location between the Mancino’s and Legacy Eye Institute stores in the shopping plaza.
