Swedish angel investor SmiLe Inject Capital invests €191K in eHealth company s voice robot for the elderly

Lund-based business incubator's investment company SmiLe Inject Capital invested 2MSEK (around €191K) in Call Knut which is the developer of communication software designed to check in the elderly. The AI-powered software is designed to make phone calls and start automated conversations with elderly individuals which allows one to read the receiver's voice in and detect warning signals in terms of their medical conditions if there are any. With the investment, the company will be able to announce a commercial launch of the service during the year. This will also enable the company to further with the development of the product which may reduce care costs and still result in much more improved care service.
