An emergency or incident would come in the controllers would industrial on a piece of paper the key concern, they would dispatch somebody to respond to it. Our goal was to go from a call center to a Service Management center. But a few things happened. The first thing is the call volumes increased. This is very good news. It means it is now easier with the technology for our operatorses to reach the control sent center and to be able to ask for help and support. The second thing is the time for call increa
