VICTORIA Since the B.C. Liberals opened their leadership campaign six weeks ago, the party hasn’t been flooded with candidates.
First into the race after Andrew Wilkinson resigned Feb. 16 was Ellis Ross, second-term MLA for Skeena and the former chief of the Haisla Nation. His announcement fell well-short of the formal launch one associates with leadership campaigns.
