Sunday’s Big Ten Championship was just as stressful as the previous three B1G Tourney games for the Buckeyes, but in a much different way. Ohio State fell behind by 17 just 10 minutes into the game, but fought back to force overtime before falling 91-88 to Illinois. The Buckeyes are the No. 2 seed in the South Region, while Baylor will be the top-seed in that quarter of the bracket. Ohio State will matchup with No. 15 Oral Roberts on Friday at a time and in a location yet to be announced. We look forward to what the Buckeyes could do in the tournament, and all three give their non-binding, gut Final Four and National Championship predictions.

The fifth-seeded Ohio State men’s basketball Buckeyes became the first underdog to win in this year’s Big Ten Tournament, as they beat the No. 4 Purdue Boilermakers 87-78 in overtime. After being up 18 at the half, the Buckeyes blew yet another double-digit lead, but for the second-straight game held on to win by nine points.
