The real system of tracking how much water gets used is just completely broken right now. We can tell you it happened in this very parking lot on jesse street. The suspects are still on the loose tonight. Crime scene investigators combing over the parking lot on jesse stretch, searching for evidence. Its where one woman was fatally shot and killed, another woman was chit wounded.
