A bold move by the Downtown Development Authority has opened the door for a private developer to restore dilapidated property within the heart of downtown Milledgeville.
The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) has voiced its support for private developer David Sinclair and Baldwin Investment Group to take over the dilapidated properties at 107 and 115 S. Wayne
The city is moving forward with plans to have a contractor clean up the rubble of two dilapidated downtown properties, though the timeline for that work is currently unknown.
