As they were chasing it down torresdale avenue past bleigh street. Here towards rhawn street. Collided with a Philadelphia Police car here 1512 and another car behind that. Took off a second time. Officers finally slowed the car down. They pulled over as if they were going to get out as they got out the car took off again and hit this 1512 car yet a second time. Police were able to stop the car here at torresdale and rhawn street. Both suspects got out a 51yearold driver and 30yearold passenger. During this Pursuit Police tell us the suspects were tossing drugs out of the vehicles.
