They did not say why they were attempting to stop the vehicle. And Philadelphia Police hope that Surveillance Video will help to track down a gunman in a driveby shooting. Someone fired 16 shots, injuring two adults and two 13 year olds. Police are not sure which victim was the intended target but believe that the teenagers were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
