Charged with another murder plot that was not carried additionally augello was charged with planning to commit of murder of james kauffman. Kauffman is already in jail stemming from weapons charges in june after he pulled a weapon when a search warrant was executed at his office. Today april kauffmans only child. The development was saddened to hear of her passing. She was a very nice woman who had a lot of energy. She liked to go outside and feed the birds and she got around quite often and was in great shape. Reporter Police Believe theres no foul play.
