On April 8, a 1-year-old Rottweiler attacked the neighbor s calf. Charles and Christy May, who live near Culver, own the dog named Roxie. Matt Kyle bought the calf, Bubbles, five days earlier as a gift for his daughter s birthday. A third neighbor, Raymond Henderson, saw the attack happen. I heard a commotion, said Henderson. When he arrived, Henderson said there were two dogs outside the fence, two dogs inside the fence, one dog nipping at the calf s heels, the Rottweiler holding onto the calf s ear with its teeth.
