The antioch bridge is back open. It was closed around 9 p. M. Last night because several trees fell on it blocking the road. So crews have been clearing those trees all night and the road opened 8 hours ahead of schedule. So highway 160 between oakley and rio vista is back open. But with another several rounds of storms that rain and wind combo really does do a number when it comes to things toppling over. Not only trees but hillsides.
