A documentary is telling the untold story of Native American families seeking to bring home the remains of their ancestors from the Carlisle Indian School.
The Carlisle Indian School was founded in the late 1800s as an off-reservation boarding school in south-central Pennsylvania. Native American children from across the U.S. were taken from their homes and sent to the school. Many families never saw their children again.
