Pat sadly passed away on the 8th July, aged 77. Much loved mother of Alastair and Chris, mother-in-law to Sharron and Sharon, and grandmother to Rachel, Emily, Rebecca, Leah-Mae and Jack. Following a private cremation at Cheltenham, a Service of Thanksgiving will be held at the Church of All Saints, Uplands, Stroud, on Monday 26th July at 1:30pm. A stab victim has been discharged from hospital after an attack in Stroud on Saturday, February 6. The man, who was taken to Southmead Hospital after the attack, was able to come home at the weekend. Two men were charged with attempted murder in connection with the stabbing of the man in Mathews Way, Paganhill, On February 6. Liam Wells, 25, of no fixed abode, and Daniel Banks, 24, of Kings Road in Rodborough, are charged with attempted murder and possession of a bladed instrument. Both have been remanded in custody and sent for trial at Bristol Crown Court. They are scheduled to appear via video link on March 12.
