Mateusz Andrzejczuk is charged with writing slurs on a car and making a long scratch around most of the vehicle in the parking lot of a Warrington apartment building.
Warrington Township Police responded to Westminster Apartments for the report of criminal mischief on May 10 shortly before 11 p.m., according to a news release from township police.
