Voters in the third annual Miniature Butter Cow contest had the lowwww-down, deciding there was no reason for reigning champ Pam Martin to moo-ve aside.
Pam Martin of Alexander has rested comfortably atop the Illinois State Fair-affiliated Miniature Butter Cow contest’s throne since back-to-back wins in 2020 and 2021 led to a splash of déjà mu. She has no interest in moo-ving aside in 2022.
