Man Accused Of Robbing Waterloo Pizza Delivery Drivers An 18-year-old from Waterloo has been arrested on charges connected to a recent string of pizza delivery driver robberies in the city. Following an investigation, police believe Melvin Dahn of Waterloo was involved in three crimes. Each of the incidents took place in a neighborhood near Bontrager Park late last month. On April 20, a Pizza Hut delivery driver reported being robbed by two subjects inside a building at 1315 Ravenwood Road. The victim told police she was pushed to the ground and had money and food stolen from her. Police said one of the assailants lost a hat during the struggle and left it at the scene.
