A scene here along the east river, 3 teens in trouble in the water one Good Samaritan, one brave cop. Tense moments at the plaza state park along the east river, police and fire sources saying around 7 30. Three teens entering the water appear to be in trouble. Cell phone video from residents in the area capturing the massive response. A male bystander a Good Samaritan jumped into the water to help rescue the teams. I saw two guys in the water, one rescue swimmer trying to go in after them. The teens make it out to safety on their own, but the Good Samaritan is in need help getting out of the water, he was unsuccessful the harbor units from fdny and nypd saved them motes.
