听到这番对话，联想起曾经火极一时的“交换空间”栏目，中国航天科工六院红岗公司4分厂便萌生出带着这些青年职工去总装线上看一看，开拓一下眼界，见识一下大家亲手精雕细琢出来的零件和产品是怎样华丽转身，升级为武器装备的念头。很快，一份精心策划的“郑朝阳大师创新工作室――交换体验日活动”的策划方案和活动申请，正式的提交公司工会。
