The previous building was damaged by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Coast Guard members stationed in Port Aransas have had to rough it since then. Right after Harvey they were in very temporary trailers. I m talking recreational vehicles. Then we moved up to these FEMA trailers that we have now so it s gotten better but it s still difficult, said Master Chief Jeff Scully.
