Benchmark Senior Living Taps Leading Public-health Experts to Advance COVID-19 Response

The council’s members include a former U.S. surgeon general, a former secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, a nationally known geriatric psychiatrist, a leading infection-control preventionist, and other experts.

Meditation is a natural and effective way of quieting the mind and reducing stress. It can lower blood pressure and promote feelings of safety, peace of mind and well being. Participants will be guided from the safety and comfort of their home by an experienced meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience, Susan M. Pisapia.
