Volunteers are busy setting up tables and putting up signs. The tables are set up to allow for social distancing, aside from those few changes it will be the same glide thanksgiving meal that thousands demand on each year. Glide has continued to serve food three meals a day since the start of the pandemic. That has not stopped. Organizers say there was never a doubt they would do thanksgiving, the issue was how. So moving the event outdoors solved that problem. Thankfully no rain. They plan to serve 2,300 meals.
