Major delays yellow on traffic map some delays green on traffic map no delays Milwaukee Police arrest 10 people in the sherman park neighborhood gathered at the memorial for Sylville Smith. Deandra corinthios is live near sherman park with the latest this all happened in the area of 44th and auer. The intersection where Sylville Smith was shot and killed by a Milwaukee Police officer earlier this month. Mpd says there was a crowd of about 3040 people. They arrested 10 people for Disorderly Conduct. And for resisting an officer. Complaints about crowds gathering in the area from neighbors. Around 8 pm. Police asked the crowds to disperse. When they say officers observed violations of the law. 20 minutes later police say they asked the crowd to leave again. Some did. But other refused. That is when police started making arrests.
