Hong Kong eyes Asian Beach Games after crowning first teqball champion Thursday, 27 May 2021 Lee Ming-fai was crowned as Hong Kong s first singles champion in teqball and will now hope to compete at the Asian Beach Games. Lee defeated Wong Chun-kit in the final of the Hong Kong Challenge Cup at MacPherson Stadium. The Hong Kong Teqball Association organised the competition as it looks to prepare a team for this year s rescheduled Asian Beach Games in Sanya. Teqball is due to makes its debut as a medal sport at the Games in the Chinese city, which have already been postponed twice because of the coronavirus crisis.
