Driver who admitted leaving scene of deadly crash gets prison sentence Updated Feb 22, 2021; Facebook Share Mashon Wilson, 30, pleaded guilty on Jan. 8 to knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death and driving while suspended, according to a release from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. He also pleaded guilty to an unrelated charge of burglary. Wilson received a six-year prison sentence for the first, most serious charge and 45 days in county jail with credit for time served for pleading guilty to driving while suspended and four years in state prison for the burglary charge, the office said. The sentences will run concurrently.
