HARARE - A pre-election survey conducted by the Election Resource Centre (ERC) in Mount Pleasant ahead of the by-election on Saturday has established that among other reasons, 21.2% of those not voting are doing so in solidarity with their former MP Fadzayi Mahere who resigned.
