Confirmed two people have died in a multivehicle crash on the new jersey turnpike. It happened this afternoon at the westbound toll plaza in jersey city. One vehicle rear ended another, causing the second vehicle to get in to a headon collision with a van. There are big delays for drivers coming out of the holland tunnel right now. Its been out here since 3 30 this afternoon. Its really affecting both the east and westbound sides of the roadway. On the left side of your screen, thats your traffic heading eastbound in toward the holland tunnel. And truthfully all night thats been the best, really not too much of a traffic delay here. If youre traveling westbound out of the holland tunnel heading to the newark bay extension youve got only two lanes getting through that toll plaza at 14c. Look what this has done to traffic.
