We are east of bowie. Traffic is moving slowly. I dont know how much out has to do with the Road Conditions because of the weather. Predominantly they are just wet. But i want to point out the current temperature harringing around 28 degrees. So once we get less traffic out there. The water on the road might have a better chance to freeze up. Really want to be careful as you are out and you dont have the choice but to move slowly. But if you get the opportunity to go quickly its still take your time. Heading east. Send it outside. Tom it is. There are a lot of affects from the cold. The water main break is one of the worst. This is on New Hampshire avenue. So as you can imagine its wreaking havoc on traffic. I just got an update. Good news. They have made progress. It wont last forever but it will last through the evening rush hour. Thanks to the water main break the traffic was bad even before rush hour started. Bad. Really bad. How bad was the traffic you were in . Bad. Back like 20 minutes. That is right. 20 minutes from the beltway, which you could see less than a quarter mile away. Everything had to merge to one lane.
