mobilized, and captured this individual whose reign of terror is no longer. reporter: now, the chief of police also saying that when they arrested this man, he was wearing all black. he had a mask around his neck, and he had a gun. they say he has a criminal record. and of course they re looking into all of this. they will announce the charges on tuesday, when he s first scheduled to appear in court. but in terms of motive, police still saying they don t know why he allegedly tdid this. so, of course still those questions that this community wants the answers to. jim? all right. camila bernal, thank you very much. maryellen o toole joins me now, senior fbi profiler. maryellen, thanks so much for being with us. very disturbing case out in stockton, california. police have been watching the suspect s movements. they say he was literally out on a mission to kill. those are the words he used.
