Alyssa Mahaffay, a family law attorney, was elected Monona’s municipal judge Tuesday in a race with no names on the ballot and three registered write-in candidates.
Two attorneys filed to run as write-in candidates for Monona municipal judge. With nobody filed on the April 2 ballot, the most write-in votes will win.
