Im frank mallicoat. Michelle is on assignment. An apartment complex went up in flames this morning sending dozens of tenants trying to escape the burning building. The sixalarm fire consumed several units on the top floor of this woodside road Apartment Building in redwood city. Flames spread quickly jumping from unit to unit and even brought down the roof. Theres probably about 3 or 4 units on the third floor that are completely burned out. Theres units on every side of that, that are going to have damage and then probably units below it on the floors below from the water and perhaps even from fire damage.
