Under the strangest Christmas Day conditions since the Second World War, enterprising families reunited in parks and on beaches yesterday to exchange presents with their loved ones.
In Tier 3 Birmingham, four-year-old Archie looked delighted as he accepted gifts on a park bench from his grandmother. In south London, two young women from different households enjoyed an
