Shanice dunning is getting answers about what led to the interstate closing in b directions. Shanice . Reporter police say the chase started at a rest stop in Delaware County when a man started shooting a couple who had just stopped there, hitting the man six times. That sparked the Police Pursuit that ended with the suspect taking his own life. State Highway Patrol says the shooting happened around 11 00 a. M.
