Many times when i would go over, he looked like a dirty old man. Thompson one night, george left his room and went wandering through the facility. Records show that for almost half an hour, there was no one on duty in his wing of the building, and workers had failed to lock away a bottle of industrial strength dishwashing liquid. At some point that night, george picked it up and drank it. It contained a highly caustic chemical which severely burned his lips, esophagus and lungs.
