Cyclists and runners can snag some free safety gear in Arlington this week. Starting Wednesday, Nov. 1, through Friday, Nov. 3, BikeArlington and WalkArlington volunteers will be handing out free bike lights and reflective vests each day from 4-6 p.m. at the following locations.
