FRIENDSHIP Salt Pond Studio opens the 2021 season, hosting Mid Coast Plein Air Painters in an exhibit and artist reception.
“This terrific group of artists has been encouraging and challenging each other to work thru this long year of Covid -19,” said Salt Pond, in a news release.
The resulting paintings will be on exhibition during Memorial Day Week, from May 26 - June 2, at Salt Pond Studio.
A Covid Aware artist reception will be celebrated on Saturday, May 29, from 4 - 8 p.m., outdoors by the firepit.
Exhibiting artists include Christine Aston, Sue Colgan-Borror, Margaret Creighton, Kate Fitzgerald, Mary Ann Heinzen, Timothy Moran, Molly Mugler, Karin Strong and Gwen Sylvester.
