BAY CITY, MI A Louisiana man accused of being a methamphetamine supplier to the Lansing area is facing a federal charge after police allegedly pulled him over and more than 4 pounds of the illegal drug was found in his vehicle.
Marvin N. Johnson, 46, is charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, a 10-year federal felony.
According to an affidavit authored by a Drug Enforcement Agency agent, law enforcement in the fall of 2019 began a multi-agency investigation into Johnson. The agent described Johnson as having been “identified as a supplier of methamphetamine to the greater Lansing, Michigan area.”
