One Suffering From Seizure Airlifted To Hospital From Santa Clarita
One person suffering from a seizure was airlifted from the Castaic Lake parking lot in Santa Clarita Friday afternoon, officials said.
Around 1:40 p.m. Friday, emergency responders received reports of a medical emergency on the 31000 block of The Old Road just off of the southbound 5 Freeway in Castaic, according to Marvin Lim, a dispatch supervisor with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“The call came in as a seizure,” Lim said. “We are transporting one patient via copter 22.”
The helicopter landed at the Castaic Lake SRA parking lot to transport the patient to a trauma center, according to Fire officials.

Vehicle Collides With Wall In Santa Clarita, Sending One To The Hospital
A vehicle collided with a wall in Santa Clarita on Thursday, sending one person to the hospital, officials said.
Around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday, emergency responders received reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of McBean Parkway and Singing Hills near Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Santa Clarita, according to Marvin Lim, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“One vehicle was involved,” said Lim. “One person was transported to a local hospital.”
One vehicle reportedly collided with a wall, according to Fire officials.
