Weve seen all kinds of videos that people just going to peoples driveways, jack up their cars, cut out the converters and take off and just take seconds to steal one. And those catalytic converters Precious Metals like platinum and palladium, which thieves can sell off, make hundreds of dollars per catalytic converter. So the governor has signed 2 bills that aim to disrupt that market for those stolen goods.
