Police say the motorcycle was traveling westbound on university when a van pulled into its path. Attorney Brett Beattie says the 20 page complaint incncdes claims of negligence, violation of constitutional rights, deprivation of rights, negligent training and battery. 14 09 50 this is obviously an immense tragedy. It was completely avoidable. It should never have happened. Bolingers death followed a low speed chase on merle hay road. Incar camera shows him running a red light with police in pursuit. After being blocked in, police say he got out of his car and began walking with a purpose toward miller. Who apparently without warning, fired at him. Nats he came to my window.
